2025 Design Lab Annual

Populous Co-op Work
Internal
February 2026

The Design Lab is a team within Populous that behaves like a workshop, where multi-disciplined designers collaborate, test, and explore together. The Annual is a documentation of the projects touched by Design Lab in 2025. This 200+ page book is broken up into four chapters that categorize the projects based on scale: small, medium, large, and huge, featuring illustrations throughout that reference some of the projects contained in the annual.

The publication design balances the youthful energy of the Design Lab and the professional brand identity of Populous. Inspired by the style of an architectural sketch, the illustrations emphasize the nature of The Design Lab, a group that embraces conceptualization, process, and exploration.
